Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited – Our client, a reputable Hotel, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Completely responsible for selling 70% to 80% OCCUPANCY DAILY (this is a key performance requirement)
• Leads all aspects of Marketing and promotions, works closely with heads of departments
• Insists on the highest standard hotel operations and excellent execution (key performance requirement)
• Inspects and oversees the operational plan of the hotel weekly
• Fully Responsible for excellent guest experience and handles online reviews or enquires Creatively
• Provides effective leadership to each department of the hotel and leads the hotel’s team productively
• Mastery of online Travel Agents Sales strategies and comprehensive online/ social media sales
• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
• Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
• Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
• Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
• Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
• Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
• Assess overall company performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Management or other related fields.
• At least 4 years’ Hospitality Industry experience in a management position.
• Outstanding leadership abilities.
• People Management
• Mastery in room Sales
• Proficiency with hotel software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical
• Thinking & business insight.

Salary

• N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
