The Group was incorporated on the 17th of June 2003, with the aim of providing diversified services to the Nigerian economy. This diversification is represented through our subsidiaries that came under the holding authority of the Everyday Group.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Customer Relations
• Ability to train staff on Hospitality best practices and customer relations.
• Marketing and Raising Brand Awareness of the hotel events & activities.
• Booking and Planning events in the hotel.
• Understanding and enforce strict compliance with all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines. Also, health and safety standards.
• Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives.
• Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits.
• Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services.
• Manage maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
• Ensure all rooms are optimal and all staff remain guided under the rules and regulations of the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Hotel / Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
