We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Female, Microfinance Bank)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience in a Senior HR management role preferably in the financial sector
  • Candidate must be a female
  • Membership of HR Professional Institute
  • Being an indigene of Lagos State is an advantage
  • Candidates with MFB experience is an advantage Competences

Required For the Job:

  • Periodic Training and Recruitment of competent Staff
  • Sound Performance appraisal and staff evaluation skills
  • Sound knowledge of Labour Laws
  • Payroll Management
  • Facility Management
  • Stake holders Management
  • Interventions Design

Salary
NGN250,000 – NGN300,000 / Month.
