Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
• You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Professional Certification in HR would be a great advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as an HR officer.
• Age range 27 – 31 years.
• Effective communication skill including the ability to prepare report, proposal, policies, and procedures.
• Effective public relations and public speaking skills.
• Research and program development skill.
• Stress management skill.
• Time management skill.
• Supervisory and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving skill.
• Negotiations skill.

Salary
N45,000 Monthly.
