Transave Technologies Limited is a fast growing fintech institution that delivers top quality financial, loans and POS services to individuals and groups. We are currently expanding our operations and in need of smart and goal oriented individuals to join our dynamic work force.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
• Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
• Ensure collected loans are paid back as at when due
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Maintain and update account records
• Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
• Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Background experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
