We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager of Projects

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project team and project engineers
• Manage company’s New projects and operations generated projects
• Manage the develop of CAPEX packages and implementations
• leading role during tender analysis, negotiation and award of contracts to contractors.
• Responsible for the administration of contract
• Develop Project Execution Plans and other project management deliverables
• Manage construction activities to delivery
• Monitor and control of project metrics and onward transmission to project Senior Management and other key stake holders
• Responsible for the development of various project reports i.e. Dashboards, Status and progress report.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the key project KPI constraints – Cost, Schedule, Time, Quality and HSE.
• Support procurement of Long lead items and  material/equipment
• Engineering deliverable  delivery
• Construction / installation execution
• Contract Management Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management
• Interface Management
• Risk Management
• Team Player.

Requirements

• Any Engineering Degree, Project Management Certification, Registered Engineering in Nigeria (MNSE and or COREN).
• 15 years + experience.
