TeamAce Limited – Our client, a Real Estate company, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marketer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Obtain specific information about the clients’ needs regarding their choice of property and in turn matching such with available options.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 1 year minimum experience as a marketer in a real estate company.
- Detailed understanding of the real estate market, new trends and related terms.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proximity to the stated location is an added advantage.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly + 5% commission.
