Job Summary

• Operations Lead are responsible for ensuring all operational activities are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for team performance and growth
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee office efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecast.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business administration, or any related field (Certification will be an added advantage).
• Minimum of 3 years working experience as an operations Manager or general management specifically in the Information product and Business Consultancy industry.
• Understanding of Digital Product Development and Digital marketing.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Good grasp of Product and Service Ideation and Launch.
• Design thinking capability will be an added advantage.
