Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • Charged with completing all purchase activities of the company and ensuring that all purchases are cost-efficient and of good, and premium quality.

Responsibilities

  • As procurement officer, you will supervise stock, evaluate supply options, manage inventories, maintain solid, and precise records of approved purchases.
  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing record
  • Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate prices
  • Liaise with finance department to prepare budgets, cost analysis, and reports
  • Manage and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures
  • Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services requisition
  • Supervise the performance of contractors and suppliers for quality control and assurance

Qualifications / Experience

  • BSc / HND in any relevant field.
  • 3 years minimum experience in the capacity of a Procurement Officer.
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical skills, negotiating skills and interpersonal abilities.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 (Monthly).
