About Role
- Work on Flutterwave products and solve design problems.
- Use data analytics accessible to you to understand different contexts, apply design thinking methods to explore solutions, and present them with functional prototypes.
As a Product Designer, you will:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX writers, and other product designers to solve high impact analytics problems like:(a) Making Flutterwave the complete and most trusted source of information for our merchants(b) Making complex business-related data approachable and helping our merchants uncover hidden business opportunities through insights, dashboards, and reports.
- Solid Understanding of visual design
- Communicate your work early and clearly
- Design accessible, responsive, performant experiences and educate others on the best practices of building analytics products.
- Contribute to and evolve styling conventions, guidelines, and best practices.
- Level up our team, share knowledge, and help evolve our tools and best practices.
- Understand the importance and use of hierarchy.
- Communicate your work clearly.
- Document everything you do.
- Be great at collaboration and processing feedback.
- Make sure team documents are well organized and easy to find.
- Be articulate about your design choices.
- Have a good understanding of Figma.
- Working with the end-to-end iterative design process, including how to develop and use job stories, journey mapping, content modeling, wireframing and prototyping, usability testing, and low fidelity to high fidelity visuals.
Requirements
