Job Description
o Come join the IET team to execute the operations of a Sales Executive for the organization.
o As a key member of the IET team, you will work with the Head of Tech, Growth and
Innovation.
o You will be responsible for promoting products and services to clients and negotiate
contracts with the aim of maximising profits for the organisation.
o This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer
solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
o Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
o Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns.
o Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
o Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
o Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
o Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
o Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
o Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
o Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
o Manage other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
Requirements
o B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
o Proven 3 years working experience in business development, sales executive or a
relevant role.
o Proven sales track record.
o Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
o Proficiency in English.
o Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
o Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
o Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
o Fast learner and passion for sales.
o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
o Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
