Currys Serious Cake is one of the leading cake companies in Lagos, Nigeria with several years of experience in meeting customers’ needs and providing quality cakes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative and Decorator

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Cake Sales Responsibilities

Consulting with customers to discuss desired cake designs and cake decorating ideas for specialty cakes

Designing and decorating cakes according to customers’ specifications

Taking orders from customers and attending to their needs

Follow up with customers

Negotiate for prices with customers.

Training will be done for applicants with no experience.

Decorator Duties

 

Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc. Ability to read and follow recipes

Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients

Knead, roll, cut, prepare dough when needed

Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools. Monitor items during baking

Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods

Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening

Decorate, glaze, apply icing, and prepare toppings for baked goods Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc

Make appropriate orders within budget

Operate slicing, cutting, and wrapping equipment

Order and receive supplies and materials.

Qualifications

 

Candidates should possess SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification

Interested candidates should possess 0 – 2 years of work experience.

Salary

N25,000 – N35,000 Monthly.
