Job Description

• We are urgently looking for a highly creative, enthusiastic and a data-driven, social media/sales who will contribute to increasing the company sales.
• You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Rep will learn, manage/assist with the following digital media activities:

• Planning digital marketing campaigns.
• Must be proficient with Instagram, Facebook and twitter
• Customer Service (responding to customer inquiries).
• Manage incoming calls.
• Planning and implementing social media strategies.
• Generate sales leads and keep records of leads and sales.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Help customers with complaints and questions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Female candidates only

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge with Google AdWords / Facebook Advertising.
• Ability to learn fast.

Starting Salary
N30,000 monthly.
