Job Description

We are urgently looking for a highly creative, enthusiastic and a data-driven, social media/sales who will contribute to increasing the company sales.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Rep will learn, manage/assist with the following digital media activities:

Planning digital marketing campaigns.
Must be proficient with Instagram, Facebook and twitter
Customer Service (responding to customer inquiries).
Manage incoming calls.
Planning and implementing social media strategies.
Generate sales leads and keep records of leads and sales.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Help customers with complaints and questions.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Female candidates only

Added Advantage:

Knowledge with Google AdWords / Facebook Advertising.
Ability to learn fast.

Starting Salary
N30,000 monthly.
