Job Title: Senior Executive, Client Service

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for client
• Negotiate effectively
• Develop and evaluate strategy documents and offer constructive feedback
• Help to maintain/grow existing businesses and prospect for new clients
• Collaborate with different workgroups and units to improve client support and satisfaction
• Manage corporate and product brand communication strategies in line with KP1’s

Requirements

• Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Arts and Languages added with problem-solving skills and a keen business sense
• Minimum of 2 years agency or client experience
• Self-confidence
• Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills
