Job Title: Service Support Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Planning & Execution of Technical and Soft skill training
• Ensuring that physical inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed
• Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies
• Sharing of Service Bulletin
• Educating on troubleshooting guides/technical tips
• Spare Parts local purchase
• Trainings on new models/procedures

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.tech in Elect/Elect, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training/ Quality / Audit
• Suitable candidate must possess strong communication skills
