TeamAce Limited – Our client, a Retail Store, is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shop Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Managing transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies..
• Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a retail store as a cashier
• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
