Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities
As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach in:
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Providing information to customers
- Monitoring sales performance
- Closing sales deals
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
- Updating customer details
- Persuasive skills
Skills & Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND in relevant fields.
- 1 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
- Proven record of met quota
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good negotiation skills.
