Job Title: Training Administrator
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
o Provide direction for and coordinate general administrative duties with regards to Training.
o Aid in the development of, and modifications of policies and procedures on training.
o Market Training Programs to increase the number of bookings on courses.
o Support in the strive for excellence through the research and possible implementation of
“best practice” principles.
o Liaise with clients/course participants to acknowledge booking and provide details about
courses according to customer service standards and processes.
o Design and develop training courses and curriculum, lecture slides, training notes, and
calendar for various courses.
o Liaise with facilitators to ensure the smooth running of training programs
o Foster collaborative work practices and promote a workplace environment focused on staff empowerment, efficient work practices and encouragement of initiative and innovation.
The Training Administrator will:
o Develop training proposals and make presentations
o Research and develop training programme curriculum content.
o Ensure effective delivery and quality control of training programmes.
Job Requirements
o Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
o 1 – 4 years of work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
