We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary

  • The job holder will be responsible for the day to day running of all operational activities of the organization while ensuring that business operations are efficient, effective and resources are managed optimally.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and oversee the company’s operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals.
  • Provide strategic and high-level oversight to the company financial management systems.
  • Help the organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership.
  • Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes with the aim of minimizing cost and wastages.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience and 5+ years in an executive leadership position.
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
