Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo Finally Speaks On Abba Kyari’s Death

Nigerian Vice President, Professor Osibanjo has commiserated with the presidency, widow and children of the late Chief of staff to the Nigerian President, Abba Kyari.

Expressing condolences and offering prayers of comfort on behalf of his wife and himself, Yemi Osibanjo took to his social media page to console Mrs Kulu Kyari on the demise of the octogenarian who died from COVID-19 complications on Friday.

“Dolapo and I express our sympathies to the President, Mrs Kulu Kyari, the children, and members of the family on the passing of Mallam Abba Kyari, Chief of Staff to the President. May the Lord comfort and be with you all in Jesus name, amen.”

Meanwhile, the remains of the late Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, have been laid to rest on Saturday at the Gudu Cemetery, Abuja.
