Super star Afrobeat Singer, David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido is currently making waves in the world stage as he is set to feature in a Hollywood movie being produced by the makers of the popular 2006 movie titled ” Blood Diamond”.
The OBO Crooner who recently featured in a Hollywood movie titled Coming 2 America where he performed one of his popular songs titled Assurance (Chioma my Lover) to the cheering and dancing of the audience during the wedding party of Crowned Prince Lavelle, son of king Akeem Joffer who took over after the death of the great king Jaffa Joffer of Zamunda.
The singer revealed this in a recent interview on lonwannatalk podcast that he will be playing the role of a taxi driver in the movie being produced by Edward Zwick, the director and co producer of Blood Diamond (2006), EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
He further revealed that, he was trying to take himself out of the comfort zone.
The Singer further revealed how he got called up to perform in his last Hollywood movie ” Coming 2 America”.
” I was in my hotel room when i got the email. I initially thought it was a scam email not until I saw the cheque the next day”.
