Tiwa Savage has been spotted with Toke Makinwa taking part in the massive June 12 Democracy Day protest in Lagos that has gripped the entire nation, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
Protesters on Saturday stormed major cities across the nation to protest against insecurity, bad governance, abuse of fundamental rights amongst other concerns.
The two celebrities are amongst other notable celebs who have officially been sighted in photos making rounds on social media as part of the protesters.
The protesters displayed different placards with inscriptions including, “Revert electricity tariff now”, “End Bad Government”.
In a related development, Seyi Shay has finally let the cat out of the dusty bag she co-owns with Tiwa Savage after their protracted feud spiraled out of control when they clashed in a beauty parlor recently.
Recall that a video shared by former musician cum blogger, Tunde Ednut captured Tiwa and Seyi crossing swords in a salon when they met unexpectedly.
Tiwa was highly offended that Seyi walked up to her to exchange pleasantries despite badmouthing her in the past.
Seyi has finally disclosed the bases of their feud which is unbeknownst to fans and the media all this while.
She stated in a new video we sighted on Pulse Nigeria saying;
This is the same person that went to go and sing my song. One of her biggest songs,
“Mr. Lova Lova”. I co-wrote that song with Ceeza Milli. I wanted to run mad. I called her immediately. I said, “Tiwa, that Mr. Lova Lova song, I just saw it.
“Congratulations, but I need to let you know I co-wrote that song. I need you to give me my metadata. At least, give me my credit.” She said No ooo, that she doesn’t believe I co-wrote that song. That what should she do, the song is out already. I recorded the whole conversation.
“This is the same girl that went to attack a popular male artist that we all know for featuring on one of my songs and featuring on her song too. This is the same girl that went to approach a very big brand that we all know and threatened to take them to court unless they take me off their ambassadorship.”
