EKO HOT BLOG reports that a traveller, whose identity is not disclosed, has praise the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, for good works after he lost his Windows laptop during the exit screening at the International of MMA and was able to recover it 20 days later through the help of an effective and transparent security system.
Speaking in a video that has gone viral on social media, the man also extolled FAAN for uprightness and professionalism in service delivery by a cheerful Nigerian at the Murtala Muhammad International Airport.
According to him, “ I was travelling about two weeks ago, through the Airport security check, I left my laptop, travelled abroad, came back after 15 days, went home and came back to the airport the 4th day which is about 20 days to the airport security to lay my complaints. Very efficient staff, very nice staff, they just opened their records asked me when I forgot it, I told them, they checked their records and lo and behold they found the item. So they asked me to write an application for release. I wrote the application, it went through the normal process, and their DG signed it, and now I have my laptop”.
In an elated spirit, he used the medium to address the public to desist from believing that all Nigerians are bad people, stating that he has seen upright and delighted Nigerians working as Security personnel in Nigerian Airport Security at the Murtala Muhammad International Airport..

“Come to TANGO City, show your proof, and you will find your item” he advised as he expressed optimism that Nigeria will get even better with time.
