Photos of Nigerian soldiers proposing to their lovers have surfaced online.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that following the arrest of a female soldier who was recently proposed to by a corps member in Kwara State National Youth Service Corps orientation camp, the photos of male soldiers proposing to their girlfriend have surfaced online.

It could be recalled that the corps member after NYSC three weeks of orientation proposed to the soldier in the camp.

The corps member in a video went on his knees as he inserted the ring into the finger of the female soldier amid cheers of fellow corps members.

The military officer after receiving the ring admired the ring as she received hugs and cheers from corp members at the scene.

However, the military officer was reportedly detained by the Nigerian Army.

This action by the military has led many Nigerians to condemn the arrest of the female soldier adding that her counterparts who have done the same thing in the past were not arrested rather praised.

To demand the release of the female soldiers, Nigerians have trended photos of male soldiers proposing to their female lovers in public and were not arrested.
