Eko Hot Blog reports that Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), has been recognized for her exceptional leadership and contributions to public service.
She emerged as the winner of the prestigious “7 Wonder Women” Award in the Inspiring Leadership in the Public Service Sector category, organized by The Guardian Newspaper.
The award ceremony, held at the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, celebrated outstanding women who have distinguished themselves in various fields across the country.

Upon receiving the award from Lady Maiden Alex Ibru, the publisher of The Guardian Newspaper, Vivour-Adeniyi expressed her gratitude to the organization for the recognition. She dedicated her honor to the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, praising his immense support for the agency and his unwavering commitment to being a true “HeforShe” champion who actively promotes gender equality.
“I thank the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for his immense support to the Agency, as well as for being a true ‘HeforShe’ champion who walks the talk,” Vivour-Adeniyi said during her acceptance speech.
Seizing the opportunity, she also encouraged any victim or survivor of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence in Lagos State to realize that they are not alone and that help is available through the Agency’s services.
