Wale Raji Meets APC Leaders, Promises More Development in Lagos East
- Rep. Wale Raji praised APC Chairmen for strengthening grassroots support.
- He highlighted projects in education, roads, healthcare, and markets.
- Leaders were urged to stay united for Lagos East’s progress.
Rep. Wale Raji, representing Epe Federal Constituency, hosted the 16 Local Government Area (LGA) Chairmen of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos East Senatorial District at his residence on Sunday, January 6, 2025.
Ekohotblog gathers that the meeting focused on reviewing the party’s achievements, discussing challenges, and planning ways to bring more development to the region.

Addressing the guests, Rep. Wale Raji thanked the Chairmen for their hard work in keeping the APC strong at the grassroots.
“Your efforts have made a big difference in improving lives and keeping the party united.
Together, we have achieved a lot under President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda and Governor Sanwo-Olu’s THEMESplus plan,” he said.
He gave insights on some of his key projects, including improving schools, roads, healthcare, and markets.
“We have rebuilt heritage markets to grow the local economy and created programs to support our youth.
These are just some of the ways we are making life better for our people,” Raji added.
The LGA Chairmen praised Raji for his dedication and achievements. Hon. Bola Taiwo, Chairman of Somolu LGA, said, “Rep. Wale Raji is a true leader who cares about his people.
His projects show he is serious about making life better for everyone.”
Hon. Waheed Alawiye from Ikorodu LGA added, “Raji’s work speaks for itself. He is a great example of good leadership.”
The meeting ended with a visit to Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu, a senior APC leader and member of the Governor’s Advisory Council.
Alhaji Seriki encouraged the leaders to continue working together to improve their communities.
“Unity is key. Together, we can achieve even more for Lagos East,” he said.

Rep. Wale Raji ended the event by reassuring his commitment to development and teamwork.
“We are just getting started. There is so much more we can do together to make Lagos East stronger and better,” he said.
