Watford Striker, Emmanuel Dennis Hit Highest All Time Record

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nigerian born international Emmanuel Dennis, has scored his eighth goal of the season for Watford, in their 4-1 home loss to West Ham United, at the Vicarage Road Stadium during their English Premier League fixture on Tuesday.
Dennis opened the scoring for the host just four minutes into the game after being teed up by Joshua King but the visitors were too hot for Claudio Ranieri’s men scoring four unreplied goals to end their five-game winless run in all competitions in fine fashion.
The goal means Dennis has surpassed his best-ever league goals return since becoming a professional in the 2016/17 season in the Ukrainian Premier League with Zorya Luhansk.
His previous best league returns were in the 2017/18 and 2018/19 season with Club Brugge where he scored seven league goals each in 30 and 26 games respectively but he has, however, surpassed that feat with just 16 league games in England.
He has also had a direct hand in 10 of the Hornets’ last 13 goals in the Premier League. Dennis has either scored or assisted 59 per cent of Watford’s 22 goals in the top flight this season.
The goal capped an impressive first half of the season for the Nigeria international who joined the Hornets in the summer from Belgian giants, Club Brugge.
The 24-year-old is currently being regarded as the bargain of the summer. His form has seen him included in the Super Eagles squad for the forthcoming 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon next year.
