The Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, on Friday, said that an inquiry into alleged high-handedness of some members of the Western Nigeria Security Network codenamed Operation Amotekun is underway.
Makinde, who disclosed this via Twitter, noted that his administration will not be passive while security operatives harass members of the public.

He promised to address the issue, stressing his government’s commitment to protecting the lives and properties of the people of the state.
