We Need To Reform The Whole of Nigeria – Oba of Lagos

Oba of Lagos has called for the reform of Nigeria as a whole.

This is coming shortly after the palace of the monarch was desecrated by hoodlums.

The Oba of Lagos, Oba Akiolu has stated that the problem with Lagos State is insecurity and unemployment.

He further stated that the security architecture of the country needs to be restructured. He said: “The problem we have in Lagos is security and unemployment. The youths have to be looked after. What happened is a pure case of a security breach. The entire system needs reformation.

“There is so much concentration of power at the centre. Mr President should assist in the rebuilding process of the affected states.”

Oba Akinolu said the culture of our forefathers has been neglected. “The gods are angry. Lagos should be accorded special status.”

Eko Hot Blog recalls that the palace of the monarch had been desecrated by hoodlums and the staff of authority stolen.

While speaking at the press conference that had Monarchs, Governors, Ministers and Government officials, Oba Akiolu emphasized that there is a pivotal need to overhaul the entire system of the country.

According to him, the agitation of the protesters transcends reforming the Police Force but also to reform all areas of the Government.
