We Once Slept On Same Bed -- Nigerian Singer On Wizkid

Wizkid

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nigerian singer Adebayo Adeleke, popularly known as B-Red, recently made a surprising revelation during an episode of the Echoo Room audiovisual podcast hosted by Quincy Jonze.

The artist disclosed that he and Grammy-award winning superstar Wizkid used to share a bed while residing in the Mo’Hits mansion.

B-Red, who also happens to be the son of the current Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, reminisced about his time living in the renowned Mo’Hits house for a period of over two years. During this period, he and Wizkid, who were both rising stars at the time, apparently shared living quarters and, at times, even slept on the same bed.

The singer revealed that he and his brother, Sina Rambo, served as personal assistants (PAs) to the Mo’Hits crew during their time in America. Whenever the Mo’Hits artists arrived in the United States, B-Red and Sina Rambo were the ones responsible for their transportation, acting as their go-to contacts.

Whether it was picking them up from the airport or assisting with other logistical matters, B-Red and his brother played an integral role in supporting the Mo’Hits team during their American ventures.

The revelation of B-Red and Wizkid’s shared living arrangements sheds light on the close bond and camaraderie that existed within the Mo’Hits family during that time. It highlights the humble beginnings and the often unglamorous aspects of pursuing a career in the music industry, as young artists strived to make a name for themselves.

Mo’Hits Records, founded by music producer Don Jazzy and singer D’banj, gained prominence in the mid-2000s and became one of Nigeria’s most influential music labels. The Mo’Hits mansion, located in Lagos, served as a hub for creative collaborations and the nurturing of budding talents.

B-Red’s revelation offers fans a glimpse into the early days of these prominent Nigerian artists and showcases the tight-knit relationships formed within the Mo’Hits circle. It serves as a testament to the dedication and persistence required to succeed in the competitive world of music, as artists like B-Red and Wizkid navigated their paths to stardom.

As B-Red’s story spreads, it adds another intriguing chapter to the rich tapestry of Nigeria’s vibrant music scene.

Fans and music enthusiasts alike are captivated by these behind-the-scenes revelations, cherishing the candid moments that shaped the careers of some of their favorite artists.

With each anecdote, Nigerian musicians continue to captivate audiences with their remarkable journeys and remind aspiring talents that success often stems from humble beginnings.

B-Red’s disclosure about his shared sleeping arrangements with Wizkid provides an inspiring glimpse into the determination and camaraderie that fueled their rise to prominence, solidifying their place in the hearts of music lovers worldwide.
