“Most of the times when people call you, it is either they have health or financial challenges. Some will say they don’t know where their next meal is coming, that is why we are taking care of these women. You know when we empower women, we empower the family economically, whatever they make, they spend on their children”, Hon. Wale Raji averred.

Hon. Wale Raji also stated in clear terms that he has plans and strategies in place to rescue people who are financially handicapped to settle their hospital bills. The Emergency Health Fund, he said, will gulp the sum of 1 million Naira monthly.

“In the health sector, we are coming up with a scheme which we call “Emergency Health Fund”. We already have an arrangement with Epe General Hospital, anyone with emergency ailments should go there. They will give us the bill and we intend to be spending 1 million Naira every month and more will come by the special grace of God”, he said.
