What TB Joshua Did For Me, Four Local Govts In Ondo ― Akeredolu

  • “When the Northern senatorial district of our state was in darkness, he came to our aide.”

Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredu, has revealed what the late leader and founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nation (SCOAN), Temitope Balogun Joshua popularly known as TB Joshua, did for him when he was elected as Governor of Ondo State.

Governor Akeredolu, who spoke at the funeral service of Pastor TB Joshua on Friday, also disclosed how the late cleric paid the electricity bills and bought transformers for four local governments in the state.

The interment service of TB Joshua is holding at SCOAN premises in the Ikotun-Egbe area of Lagos State.

Speaking, Governor Akeredolu disclosed that the late pastor drove from Lagos to his (Akeredolu) Ondo home when he won his first governorship election to wish him well, adding that at the end of their meeting, TB Joshua gave him money to entertain his guests.

The governor further stated that the late Ondo-born pastor gave his wife, Betty Akeredolu, money.

He said, “When I won election to be governor of Ondo State, TB Joshua drove to Ondo State to wish me well and when he was leaving, he put money in my pocket and said, ‘as a governor, you’ll need money to entertain people.
