In the space of four years Liverpool played in the finals of the UCL, they lost to Real Madrid in the 2018 Champions league Season before beating fellow English side Tottenham in the 2019 finale.
Under enigmatic coach Jugen Klopp, Liverpool has been playing like a well drilled machines causing pains and misery to opposing teams.
Liverpool won the EPL last season with a huge point difference to second placed Manchester City.
But this season has been disappointing so far, and it could get worse if they fail to qualify to the prestigious Champions League.

The reds are currently sitting in the 6th position with just four matches remaining till the end of the season, the task to finish in the Champions League places is a huge one because the teams ahead are also playing very well.
A number of reasons can be highlighted for the current struggles in Mersey side, among the reasons has been injury to key players and a rare loss of form.
Liverpool lost charismatic and ever reliable Virgil Van Dijk to a serious crucial ligament injury that had him sidelined for a lengthy period of time, Alisson Berker too suffered his own fair share of injury problems, young center back Gomez too is still sidelined.
Also, Sadio Mane who alongside Mo Salah who has always been Liverpool’s best performers have disappointed significantly this season.
Liverpool need to go back to the drawing board, sign quality players and let go of bit part players. Shaqiri, Origi and Oxlaid Chambalain should be allowed to leave in other to provide funds for new players.
In Jugen Klopp they already have one of the best Coaches in Europe, and he should be allowed to buy players of his choice. This season should prove as an eye opener for the reds to do the needful.
