Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has called out his father for failing to intervene in his ongoing clash with the Ogun State Police.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the dispute began when officials from the Ogun State Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA) attempted to seal Portable’s Odogwu Bar and Restaurant over permit violations and insufficient air space.
Portable alleged that the officials stormed his premises, arresting over 20 people, including artists and customers, while also seizing vehicles, gadgets, and personal belongings.
However, Ogun State Commissioner for Physical Planning, Olatunji Odunlami, dismissed these claims as false, insisting that due process was followed.

In a Tuesday Instagram post, the ‘Zazu Zeh’ crooner accused his father of abandoning him despite handling several of his projects. He blamed him for not settling the police, which he believes could have prevented his current predicament.
“But why my papa no go police station to cover me? He is a bad father. Na him I dey give money to do all those houses, na him chop my money. If to say him don settle with them, I no go get problem with these people,” he wrote.
