He said some politicians are sabotaging the agitation for Yoruba nation because of 2023 political aspiration.
He disclosed that the politicians were ready to sacrifice the interests of Yoruba people on the altar of inordinate political ambition.
Adams, who said this while addressing newsmen at the 2021 Odun Aje (Wealth) Festival, held at Orile Agege in Lagos on Monday, asserted that there is no going back on actualisation of Yoruba nation.
He vowed that no amount of shenanigans by “selfish” people would not stop the secessionists.
He averred that the ongoing constitution review was a plot to truncate demand for Yoruba nation but the move would not work.
“The Yoruba are tired of this failed federation and we have graduated from restructuring to seeking self determination.
“Those clamouring for restructuring have their eyes in 2023 elections and their agenda is at variance with the present demand”

He noted that the demand for Yoruba Nation has heralded a fresh wave of optimism and hope, adding that the separatists would do everything they could to achieve their goals legally without formenting troubles.
“For us as a race, it is a new dawn and we are determined to go all the way to get what we want legitimately and without creating unnecessary tension.
“As a Yoruba son or daughter, it does not matter whether you are a Muslim, Christian or traditionalist, it behooves on you to work with others for the progress of our race”, Adams added.
