Substitute Harry Wilson delivered a stunning late double to lift Fulham to a dramatic 2-1 comeback win over Brentford at Craven Cottage.
Vitaly Janelt had given Brentford the lead in the first half with a spectacular 25-yard strike, seemingly setting up the Bees for victory. However, Wilson’s entry with just eight minutes left proved decisive.

The hosts, who dominated possession, looked determined from the outset, with winger Reiss Nelson—making his first Premier League start—forcing two quick saves from Flekken, while Emile Smith Rowe also tested the Brentford keeper. Despite their intensity, Fulham were undone by Janelt’s strike as Brentford took the lead with their first real chance, thanks to Christian Norgaard’s pass that set up the powerful shot.
The second half followed a similar rhythm, with Fulham pressing hard for an equalizer. Alex Iwobi, Kenny Tete, and Andreas Pereira all took aim, but Brentford’s defense held firm until Wilson’s late heroics.
