In compliance with the county government’s directive on burials during this period of COVID-19 crisis, a 36-year-old man identified Bryan Indimuli was laid to rest on Saturday at night.
Bryan died as a result of multiple Stabs from his drunk wife, 25-year-old wife, Joy Indeche at their residence in Ikoli Village in Malava Constituency, Kakamega County of Kenya.
Father of the deceased, John Indimuli explained that their marriage was filled with unending conflicts as Joy had returned home drunk and could not find her footsteps.

However, she picked up their pot of maize porridge also known as ‘ugali’ she staggered and tripped and the pot fell to the floor.
As her husband attempted to cane her as punishment for carelessness, she stabbed him with a kitchen knife.
As if that was not enough, she turned the knife to herself, in an attempt to commit suicide.
She is currently fighting for her life at Kakamega County Referral Hospital, where she was rushed to by their neighbours.
Ikoli Assistant Chief Walter Moses Namutali said;
“Her intestines were ripped out.”
