Workers’ Day: Sanwo-Olu Vows Better Work Conditions, More Jobs For Lagosians

Eko hot Blog reports that in a rousing Workers’ Day message, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, paid glowing tribute to the hardworking individuals who drive the economic engine of the state.

Addressing Lagosians through his official Facebook page, the governor acknowledged the pivotal role played by workers in the progress witnessed in the state. “Your commitment forms the backbone of our vibrant city. Today, we acknowledge your efforts and the progress we’ve achieved together,” Sanwo-Olu stated.

The governor used the occasion to reiterate his administration’s resolve to uplift the working class by improving conditions of service and expanding job opportunities across the state. “Moving forward, our administration remains dedicated to improving working conditions and creating more opportunities for every Lagosian,” his post read.

Expressing optimism for the future, Sanwo-Olu declared, “Let’s keep building a brighter future for all. Together, we are unstoppable.” This statement encapsulated his vision of an economically viable Lagos where no citizen is left behind.
