World Teachers Day: NUT Ifako-Ijaiye Chapter Honours Hon James Owolabi

The National Union of Teachers (NUT) Ifako-Ijaiye chapter has honoured a Member Federal House of Representatives Ifako-Ijaiye, Hon James Owolabi, for his immense contributions to the development of education in Ifako-Ijaiye and Ojokoro respectively.

Hon Owolabi, represented by his Senior Legislative Aide Mr Murisik Balogun, was honored with an award for his political achievement and contributions to education over the years.

The Honorable Member through Mr Balogun, sent his goodwill message which centered on, encouraging the teachers, as he described them as “future planners” who deserve support from individuals, the private sector and government at all levels.

He also thanked the union for the award while stating that he remains committed to the development of quality education within his constituency.
