EKO HOT BLOG reports that popular media personality, Toke Makinwa, has responded to a troll who made derogatory remarks about her body on social media. The incident occurred after Toke shared a sultry photo of herself on her social media page, showing off her curves in a revealing dress.
However, a male troll took it upon himself to mock Toke, specifically making derogatory comments about her posterior, describing it as “strong ass”.
The troll’s comment did not sit well with Toke, who felt that it was unnecessary and showed a disturbing obsession with her body.
Toke responded to the troll’s comment by telling him that he would never be able to have a body like hers and urged him to let go of his unhealthy obsession. Her response has since gained massive support from her followers, who applauded her for standing up to online bullying and body shaming.
Toke Makinwa is no stranger to controversy, as she has often faced criticisms and online bullying over her appearance and personal life. However, she has continued to remain strong and use her platform to inspire and motivate others, especially women, to love and accept their bodies regardless of societal standards.
The incident with the troll serves as a reminder that cyberbullying and body shaming are still prevalent on social media, and celebrities are not immune to these acts of cruelty. Nonetheless, Toke’s response shows that it is possible to rise above online trolls and use one’s platform for positive change.
“Your obsession with my ass is ins@ne, you won’t ever have it booboo, let it go” she replied the troll.
