Yul Edochie Announces Bid for Anambra Governorship, Backs Seyi Tinubu for Lagos

Nigerian actor and former presidential candidate Yul Edochie has once again sparked political discussions with his recent remarks about his ambitions.

He also endorsed Seyi Tinubu as a potential candidate for the governorship of Lagos State.

EKO HOT BLOG recalls that just a month ago, the Lagos State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) voiced strong opposition to the governorship seat being passed down to the Tinubu family. This response came in light of growing support and campaigns for Seyi Tinubu to succeed Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as Lagos State’s next governor in 2027.
