“It is about stewardship about building a Lagos where opportunity, innovation, and prosperity are accessible to all,” Adediran said.
He noted that his desire to succeed Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is driven by the need to strengthen accountability, transparency, and service delivery in government.
Adediran, who recently joined the All Progressives Congress (APC), pledged loyalty to the party, stressing that he believes in party supremacy and will abide by its internal democratic processes ahead of the 2027 elections.

“Today, we are in APC and we are happy to return home where we belong. In 2023, I ran for the topmost office in the state under the PDP, and we have not departed from that path of service.
“I am also here in APC to continue where we stopped. I am running for the governorship of Lagos State in 2027 under APC,” he declared.
He further assured that his team would work tirelessly to ensure the party not only wins elections but also delivers meaningful governance to the people of Lagos.
“We will subject ourselves to the internal democracy of the party, and whatever the APC decides, we are going to work for the success of the party,” he added.
