Bayelsa: Two Rival Cult Group Clash Kills 5
Five people were killed while two rival cult groups clashed with the state of Bayelsa..
According to reports, the incident occurred on Monday at Lobia community in Southern Ijaw Local Government.
EKO HOT BLOG gathered that the cults from Ukubie and Azuzuama communities clashed at the commemoration of the late Chief Genesis at Lobia 2 regarding a dispute yet to be determined.
A young boy from the Lobia 1 community, three people from Ukubie and one person from the Azuzuama community were killed during the shootings.

The State Police Spokesman, Asinim Butswat confirmed the incident.
His words: “Two rival cult gang clashed in Lobia community, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area on December 28, 2020 at about 0230 hours.
“The unfortunate incident led to the death of four cultists. Their identities are yet to be ascertained at the moment.
“The corpses have been deposited in the morgue. Investigations have commenced.”
