Ex-Super Eagles Striker and 2013 AFCON highest goal scorer, and winner, Emmanuel Emenike has completed an International Specialist hospital in Imo state capital, Owerri.
In a video making waves across social media, Emenike could be seen with his friends supervising works at the hospital site. The building is now set to be commissioned and to begin operations as well.
The now-retired international has been lauded for this selfless service as he’s eager to contribute towards the enhanced progress and medical care of his people, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
This philanthropic act is similar to the one of Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa who recently launched a sporting complex in Kano, as well as plans to build a build a mega million school in Jos.
Currently, Emenike is unassigned to any football club. But it may seem as though he’s not bothered as the 33-year old striker has amassed great wealth for himself during the course of his career, and he has not hesitated to show them off.
In January 2019, he unveiled a luxurious edifice in Owerri, a typical Turkish royal mansion to the astonishment of his fans. The unveiling party was graced by many football and entertainment personalities. He’s also brandished his fleet of cars regularly.
Emmanuel Emenike’s wife, Nancy Ihuoma Nnadi was the winner of the 2014 Most beautiful girl in Nigeria contest. The couple tied the knot in May 2018 and their marriage has been blessed with two kids.
