BREAKING: Amotekun Commander Transitions To The Other Side Of Eternity

EkoHotBlog reports that the Commander of the Ogun State Security Network, otherwise known as the Amotekun Corps, David Akinremi has died.

This online news platform learnt that Akinremi died on Monday evening after a protracted illness.

Akinremi, a retired Commissioner of Police became the pioneer commander of Amotekun in 2021 when the corps was launched in the State.

The Commander of the State-owned So-Safe Corps (a sister security agency to Amotekun), Soji Ganzallo confirmed Akinremi’s death on Tuesday.

Ganzallo described Akinremi’s death as a rude shock.
