Unexpected Twist: NLC Halts Delegates’ Conference In Imo Indefinitely
This was made known to members of the public through the NLC General Secretary, Mr Emma Ugboaja, through an announcement on Wednesday in Abuja where he addressed all the congress affiliates.
Ugboaja stated that the suspension of the conference in Imo was billed to occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances in the state.
According to reports the Congress had earlier informed everyone that the conference was scheduled to be held on Jan. 10 in three states, as the state councils under the leadership of the caretaker committees include Abia, Imo, and Osun states.
