Court Sentences Justin Timberlake to Community Service for Drink-Driving
Pop star Justin Timberlake was sentenced to community service on Friday after pleading guilty to a charge related to drink-driving, according to reports from US media.
The 43-year-old singer was arrested on June 18 in Sag Harbor, around 100 miles east of New York City, after police observed his BMW running a stop sign and swerving between lanes.
Initially, in a virtual court appearance in August, Timberlake pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated. During that hearing, the judge suspended his driver’s license in New York state, US outlets reported.
