Eredo LCDA Commences Reconstruction of Drainage Along Imokun Road to Tackle Flooding
Ekohotblog reports that the Eredo Local Council Development Area has initiated the reconstruction of the collapsed drainage sections along Imokun Road to address persistent flooding and improve environmental conditions.
This project is aimed at enhance water channel and boost the overall hygiene and safety of the community.
The ongoing reconstruction is expected to mitigate the recurrent flooding that has plagued the area, particularly during the rainy season.

The project will ensure proper water flow, stopping stagnant water, which causes diseases and harms the environment.
Once finished, the drainage system will greatly improve life for residents by reducing floods and making the community better prepared for heavy rains.
This project is part of a larger plan by Eredo LCDA to improve local infrastructure and provide lasting solutions to these challenges.
