Ex-Minister Pauline Tallen’s Only Son, Richard Dies at 42
Richard Tallen, the only son of the former Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen, has passed away.
According to a statement from the family, Richard died on Sunday morning at Cedar Crest Hospital in Abuja, following a period of hospitalization.
While the exact cause of death was not immediately disclosed, it was reported that he had been placed on oxygen in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on Friday night.

His passing was also confirmed by his alma mater, the Vom Old Boys’ Association (VOBA), which expressed its sorrow in a social media post.
The group stated, “On a very sad note, we regret to announce the sudden passing of our member, Mr. Richard Adamu Tallen.
Eternal rest grant unto him, oh Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him. May the soul of Richard and all departed VOBA members rest in peace. Amen.”
